Who can shop at LUNQEA?
Our store is for adults aged 18 or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.
Where do you ship?
We currently serve eligible destinations in Europe and North America. Available destinations and delivery options are shown when you enter your address at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is currently set at USD $10 for eligible destinations. Your final shipping charge appears at checkout before you place your order. See our Shipping Policy for details.
When will my order arrive?
Any available delivery estimate will be shown at checkout or communicated with your order. Estimates can change due to carrier or customs delays. We will share tracking information when it is provided to us.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use only the payment methods displayed as available at checkout. If a bank-transfer option is offered for your order, follow the specific instructions provided for that order and wait for payment confirmation. Never send card details by email.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact lunqea@outlook.com as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after an order enters fulfilment. This does not affect any cancellation rights available under applicable law.
Can I return an item?
Return rights depend on your location and the product. Some sealed hygiene products may be excluded from change-of-mind returns only where the law permits and the relevant seal has been broken.
