Shipping cost
Standard shipping is currently set at USD $10 for eligible destinations. The final shipping charge is shown before you place your order and may vary if delivery options, destination, or order details change. We will not add an undisclosed shipping charge after checkout.
Processing and delivery
Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Any available estimated delivery window will be shown at checkout or communicated with your order. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. We will share tracking information when it is provided to us.
Address, customs and delivery issues
Please check your delivery address before submitting an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us promptly at lunqea@outlook.com; we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfilment. Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be assessed by the destination authorities, where applicable. If a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number so we can help investigate with the carrier.
